Painting is framed in beige wood en frame ( You buy "as is", refer to photos available for inspection, prior to bidding/purchase.) has some dents, chips, scratches etc . Approximate painting over-all size measures 14 3/4"L x 11 1/2" x 3/4" inches (exposed area only, does not include reinforced backing, on back inside frame is 13 1/4" x10 1/8"), ( You buy "as is", refer to photos available for inspection, prior to bidding/purchase.) ,outside frame measures 13 1/2 x 11 3/8 inches. There is no Signature, but tears on the back of framing paper with a sticker from the Leavitt Art Studios picture framing shop correct picture framing from Albany 2-9700 3449 W. North Avenue Chicago 47, Ill.  The rest of the painting could use cleaning & restoring. Always refer to photos prior to bidding/purchase, thanks for your interest.
