Burr Oak Kansas is a small town of about 174 residents according to the 2010 census and is only .83 miles long.
Measures 16” X 20” sight and with great solid wood ornate frame 18 1/2” X 22 1/2”
Not signed on front but back of painting has information about the artist and when it was painted. Has a quaint gift inscription also on back from prior owner.
Both painting and frame are in excellent condition.
