Glossy prints have a subtle lustrous coating applied to them which causes the canvas to reflect light better. Matte finishes are useful for preserving darker colors, as they don't allow light to glint off areas of the piece that you intentionally made dark. If your canvas will be placed in very light room go for Matte. If your canvas is going to be placed in a dark room go for glossy. Our premium products have certain characteristics and challenges by nature . Canvas and photoprints We cannot guarantee the color will match your monitor because each monitor is different. Our printer will print based on the image information and not your screen technology. Our printer can hit 95%+ of the color gamut range, however depending on the printing media you choose, the colors can vary slightly due to the nature of the media and interaction between ink and the media. While our printer is optimized for each media, please expect light color variations . Damaged Product If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. Please send us an email with pictures so we can submit a claim to our shipping provider. PLEASE SAVE ALL YOUR ORIGINAL PACKAGING. We will need all original packaging so that our shipper can pick up.
