Vintage R. Boren Ship Ocean Oil

Vintage R. Boren Shipp Ocean Oil Painting  On Board. Painting is framed in an  older frame which has wear/scuffs. Frame measures 31 x 27. Oil is about  25 x 21. Signed at the bottom. There is a little blue squiggle on the painting it looks  like it is possible paint from where  the artist  was painting the oil (see pic).  Does not harm this painting.  Winning bidder to pay shipping and insurance and within 4 days. If payment isn't received in that time, Ebay will open up a non paying buyer dispute. We ship USPS or  FedEx. The price listed is for the Mainland US.  Parcel post can take up to 10 days depending on where you live. I cannot make the post office deliver in one day so please be patient. If Priority Mail is wanted it will be more than stated so please email. If we have undercharged on shipping we still ship if the amount is within reason. If not, then we will let the buyer know and give the choice of paying the shipping cost or refunding the amount paid.
