It's in good condition, there is some light wear with age and that old garage look from being there forever.  There is some product left in the container, it's too light to be able to tell how much.   The tube is plastic and you squeeze the sides and out comes the graphite.  It's an interesting product and advertising tube to add to the garage product collection.  Unusual. ***Note:
