Vintage Carved Stone Oil

This is a hand carved stone oil lamp possibly Syrian.  I am thinking it is a reproduction.  Approx. 4 3/4" long and 2" wide.  It is very heavy weighing in at 9 oz.  I think it could be used as smoking pipe if it had a small screen in it. Please view the photos as they are a part of the description.  There could be some variations in the colors due to camera, flash, no flash and difference in computer monitors:)
