Vintage Barrat "Lady W/ Horse & Buggy” Home Galleries. Inc Oil Certified #26051. Frame is 20“ x 24” Multi colored French Scene, store fronts of Tabac, Modes, Pelletier and Vins-? Can’t see the rest of the name. There is 2 small stains by the Barrat signature. The back of the painting has some dust and cobwebs which seems to not want to come off. There are some small nicks in the frame, which is made out of wood and metal. Please see the pictures. Would make a great gift!
