Just like most of Speedway products this is priced great and shipped quickly. Every hole lined up perfectly and fit just like the original. I had a pan gasket already but think it should come with one. Cons: Doesn't Include Pan Gaske Wish It Was Stainless Pros: Chrome Looks Good Comes With Drain Plug Comes With Plug Gasket Good Price / Value Perfect Fit
