"The Lights of Home" Beautiful and Very Rare Original Oil on board by Thomas Kinkade. This is Not a print or reproduction. This painting is the one and only original, hand painted by Thomas Kinkade.  This is one of Kinkade's Most Important and well known originals. It appears in several books that give a history of the artist's work (See photo).  Kinkade wrote the following about this painting:  " In The Lights of Home I've attempted to render an epic subject on a miniature scale. I've portrayed a grandiose two-story Victorian home, flanked by rustic workshop and barn with the farmer's fields stretching away under a blanket of snow. " This painting was the f eatured painting at a Christmas Special Event that Thom held with musician, John Tesh (See last photo).
