It is infused with a refreshing mixture of Menthol, which revitalizes the skin, and Eucalyptus Oil which adds a toning and purifying effect. It also contains Glycerin that contributes to a smooth shave while reducing irritation and redness. Proraso Green Shaving Cream's formula undergoes the traditional "hot soap process," where the cream is left for a three-day maturation period, which creates extremely fine, dense, and full-bodied cream. The cream is enriched with the finest selection of natural ingredients free of parabens, sulfates, mineral oils, and phthalates and does not contain silicones and artificial colors. Proraso Green Shaving Cream delivers a classic cooling and refreshing minty scent that energizes skin and well-being.

Returns/Exchanges:

We hope you will enjoy your purchase, but if you change your mind, you can return the merchandise within 30 days of receiving date.

The product must be received in new, unused condition. To begin your return or exchange, please follow the instructions provided in your eBay order. 

For sanitary health concerns, we cannot accept the returns of products that have been used, opened or tailored to the specific hair needs.

Damaged Shipments:

If items you received were damaged during transit, you should contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date. A photo of the damaged parcel will be requested to record the incident. You will be provided with a printable return label and will not be charged a restocking fee.

Unclaimed Packages:

Packages that were sent to the customer and returned to us by the shipping carrier for reasons such as: "Incorrect Shipping Address," "Unclaimed," or "No Authorized Recipient Available" will be refunded to the customer. The original shipping rate we paid to the carrier will be deducted from the refund.

Orders Correctly Fulfilled:

Orders that were fulfilled correctly not damaged and returned to us by the customer will be refunded to the customer. The original shipping rate we paid to the carrier will be deducted from the refund.
