Rare Vintage 1954 Nos Southern Cotton Oil

This auction is final as is. Now for the Good Part---I am Pleased to offer this Authentic Original Vintage or Antique Advertising NOS New Old Stock in Original Box with Paperwork Rain Gauge. This is NOT a Repro and comes from an Estate Sale. This is an Early Advertising Promo or Promotional Piece of Farming and Agriculture from Arkansas. The reason that I know it was made in 1954 is because it has a Chart for each month for three years for 1955, 1956 and 1957, to record the rainfall. I have Not seen a Rain Gauge This Large and it is called a MASTER RAIN GAUGE. It measures about 8 1/4 inches tall and 3.5 inches wide. This is made of Heavy Metal and Not thin with Glass Tube. It reads: THE SOUTHERN COTTON OIL CO.---MANUFACTURERS---COTTON SEED PRODUCTS---HIGH GRADE FERTILIZERS---LITTLE ROCK ARKANSAS. The Manufactures name or Makers Mark is: THE VERNON COMPANY, NEWTON, IOWA. The condition is Excellent to Rain Gauge with NO damages. It has a couple of Manufacturing Paint touches on bottom. The box has some water stains and age. It is Not missing any pieces. The cardstock Chart has some creases and Aged Patina and is All there. You will be Very Pleased!
