Pittsburgh / Success Oil

Late 1800s handpainted milkglass Pittsburgh lamp base. Success brand brass oil tank (proper term? The part that holds oil) has a crack and does not hold oil. Is there a type of epoxy or soilder that could fix it? I don't know, my lamp knowledge is minimal, but I am trying to learn more. This item is being sold as is, for parts or decor only. The lamp would need repair or replacement to be usable with oil. The burner parts are in working order. The crack in the tank is the only problem that I know of. You could electrify this lamp. Or use it for parts. All the knobs turn easily. It does not have a wick.The glass and metal base is in very good condition. Handpainted with pink, purple, and white flowers with deep forest green on white glass.
