Painting Paris France Eiffel Tower Oil

This is a beautiful piece of art that I am sad to part with as I found it at a thrift store of all places and thought it was beautifully done.  I can't track down the artist but from her one name signature it's supposedly just Joyce.  Unfortunately I am downsizing and trying to clean out my basement and this is something that's been tucked away too long and never hung on a wall.  Please see all pictures above and take note that it is 12 in x 16 in.
