Hodges Signed Oil Painting on Canvas.  This is an amazing painting with Colorful Flowers, a Country Home, Water, a Bridge, and Trees.  This is a Framed painting.  This painting with the frame weighs 10.2 pounds and measures 44" wide by 32" tall by 1 and 5/8" thick.  The painting by itself measures 36" wide by 24" tall.  The painting is in good condition with no rips, tears, or repairs.  The wood frame has some minor chips present.  The oil painting sits loosely inside of the frame.  There is tape present on the backside of the frame to keep the painting secured to the frame.  Local pickup is accepted.
