This is an RARE Antique Opalescent Victorian Oil Lamp Gas Shade 4”Fitter Art Glass
It’s very unusual with a ridged glass and ove opalescent around the circumference.
It measures about 3.5” tall, 8.5” diameter overall and is about 4” fitter at the base with a substantial bell shape.
