If you like Western Art, up for sale is a neat oil painting on canvas of an 1800s family proudly standing in front of their small clay adobe “Ranch” cabin. Mother, father, son, daughter and baby. In the back right is the family horse. If the front left are the two family dogs. The color and composition are spot on. Signed “R. Alsbooks.” Dated 1991. The painting is 15 x 30 inches. It’s in a burlesque walnut finish frame, with white matting and gold painted edge. The frame is approximately 19.5 x 34.5 inches. A very nice painting that’s ready to hang on your wall.
