I don't offer Free shipping anymore, buyers have abused the offer by "buying and trying" then returning and I'm out the original shipping.  So, I offer a low price.  If you want to return it, then you pay shipping both ways.  In other words, make sure you know what you are buying.  Original purchase price will not be refunded for sealed new items that have been opened.  Please understand opening a sealed new package reduces the value for me to relist and sell.
