New Dual Waste Oil

This is our Dual Cleanable Strainer System which features cleanable 300 and 600 micron stainless steel filter elements, heavy duty mounting bracket, and barbs. Pump not included. This system is made out of polypropylene. 300 and 600 micron are a good size for filtering oil when a stainless steel element is used. Stainless steel screens filter better than paper so fewer large particles slip through. You will also get a good flow with a stainless steel element. Other features include removable filter bowls, dual filter heads, a 1/4" thick steel bracket for mounting, drains on the bottom of the bowls, all Viton  O-rings, and 1" NPT female pipe thread ports. The filter is rated at 150 PSI. This system eliminates the need for replaceable element filters and is more effective at filtering waste oil. The stainless steel filter element can be taken out and cleaned when it gets plugged. It is cleaned with solvent, diesel, or grease cutting dishwasher detergent. The filter element is open on both ends so the cleaning fluid flushes the debris off of the cylindrical element which collects on the inside of the screen. After washing and rinsing, the element should be blown dry with compressed air. If you filter a lot of bulk oil, hydraulic oil, transformer oil, fuel oil, diesel, waste motor oil, vegetable oil, antifreeze, or biodiesel and are tired of buying replaceable elements, then this system is the way to go.
