Frequently Asked Questions: When will my item be sent? Items will be shipped within one working day . Late purchases on Friday will be shipped the following Monday . Do you provide Tracking? All our parcels are  tracked and require a signature upon delivery . Tracking information is uploaded to your order when the items are dispatched. Can you provide a VAT Receipt? We CANNOT provide a VAT receipt as we are not VAT registered. However a normal receipt can be provided upon request. Do you accept Returns? We accept returns within 30 days  from the date of purchase. Serial Numbers from items such as power tools & batteries are recorded and will be checked within any return process. Items must be unused and unopened . Buyers are responsible  for return postage costs . We advise you to use a trackable service with signature upon delivery.
