Modernist Original Oil

Modernist c1990s original oil pastel painting.  Depicts a lake landscape scene complete with a house and dock in the distance.  Very well done with aggressive lines and nice attention to detail, especially in the sky and clouds.  Medium is pastel on paper done in an Impressionist style.  Signed by the artist A. Percoff in the bottom left hand corner; worthy of further research.  Protected behind glass and framed in modern gold gilded molded plastic frame.  No markings on the reverse side of painting or frame.
Provenance comes from a large collection of art purchased from the estate of a southern Massachusetts art dealer.
