All of our used items are on site and ship within one to two business days. Some rebuilt parts and prepared to order and will take several additional days so that we can thoroughly inspect them.
New Genuine Mercedes-Benz parts come from our supplier after you place your order. It usually takes 3-5 business days and we appreciate your patience for the extra delay. Occasionally a part will have to come from Germany and will take 1-2 weeks to arrive. We will notify you with the expected handling time once we have confirmation from our supplier.
We ship all purchases as quickly as possible. We have a lot of experience packaging large, awkardly shaped, and fragile auto parts. For US customers, we prefer to ship Fedex Ground and USPS Priority Mail. Large and heavy items will go LTL Freight.
We ship worldwide, to all countries! If you are an international customer and don't see your shipping cost please contact us. Note that extra-long items and heavy items will have to go freight and that can be very expensive.
We allow returns on Pricetronic within 14 days of your purchase for any reason, with shipping at your expense unless the item is damaged or there was an error in our listing.
In addition, we offer extended warranties covering on all the items that we sell, as follows:

Returns

If there are any manufacturing defects with our products, we will accept returns within 30 days of purchase at the expense of the customer. Note that we will not accept any refunds for items that have been mishandled or misused.
