MELLING OIL PUMPS
This listing is for a MELLING (standard volume/pressure) oil pump, pick-up tube (screen), and drive rod with steel sleeve for 1958-1992 Chevrolet small block V-8 engines; will not fit 1964-67 Chevy II oil pans. P/N M55 + 55S1 + IS55E. The included screen is for OE-type oil pans with a depth between 6-5/8" and 6-3/4". Please verify before ordering.
The pumps are built using a proprietary casting process, which yields maximum performance and reliability. Every Melling oil pump is completely pressure-tested, including idle and bypass pressure, before it leaves the factory.
