The subject is of Hollenbeck Park in Los Angels California and is signed & dated on the lower right corner "M Jackson, 1915". It measures 20" x 24" & the gilt frame 27" high x 31" wide. The painting is in excellent condition with no damage or repairs. Check the photos for condition. Martin Jacob Jackson was an American painter who was born in 1871.
