Madonna And Child Oil

This could be a big Winner!  This oil painting was once in the Fogg Museum. I think it's by Giovanni Battista Salvi da Sassoferrato. I added a comparable painting done by Sassoferrato.  Note the football shaped belly and leg. More research needs to be done to authenticate. Roughly 26.5 x 29.5  with frame Painting has a repair patch lower left. Painting still has the Fogg Museum Label on the back.  The painting has had restoration in the past. This is a very old painting with I believe the original hand carved wooden frame.
