Products purchased through KE-Sales can be returned by following these steps: 1) Email KE-Sales to obtain Return Instructions. 2) Ship the item(s) along with any Return Forms to the proper address. 3) Upload the Return Tracking number into eBay or email us the return tracking number. ***Without a tracking number, eBay cannot process the refund.***
Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving the item. The refunded amount is credited back using the original payment method.
