We try very hard to please all of our buyers.  Please understand that delivery times and the cost of shipping are beyond my control.  These are controlled entirely by the Post Office  Your rating will be for us, not one of the postal service. If you do not feel that you can give all 4's or 5's on the DSR's, please contact us with your concerns BEFORE leaving feedback.  Low ratings affect our income -- it only takes 3 1's or 2's in any category within a 3 month period (regardless of the volume of sales) to lower our standing.  Please do not cost us money because of frustration with the continuously increasing rates from the Post Office.  Most of our items are not listed with shipping included (unfortunately, there's no such thing as "free" shipping).  Please do not rank our stars low because we charge for shipping and some sellers do not.
