Let’s talk about the painting itself. So first this painting was saved from being destroyed someone tried to steal the painting and remove the painting from its original frame. Which is still intact. I thought about re framing it but decided to let the next owner do as they please with it. This is a gorgeous piece of art, I think it will be worth a lot more in more recent years and after all these natural disasters are destroying huge amounts of art work all over the world. We are losing our beauty. This painting just captures old town life in a Spanish or Italian villas, with the colorful life of spring flowers decorating the villas. This would look so well hanging in a home that has large cream or white walls . It gives life and especially gives a feeling of love. That the painter fully comes across. The use of color and skill are evident in the lines and use of color. This would also look great in a air bnb or rental property. A great right off for your rental or great investment. As art always goes up. Especially when someone’s work is under appreciated right now. The painting is from 2003 and marked. From what I know it’s a piece original. I’m currently moving so I have to sell pretty much everything . So I’ll pass this on thank you for looking
