I AM NOT REPRESENTING THIS AS A CLEAN AND WORKING OIL LAMP. IT REQUIRES CLEANING AND TEST LIGHTING IN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT. My mother used to light this lamp regularLy in the '70s and '80s, it was one of her favorite pieces.
I don't know much about it and have tried to include photos to help as well as a video showing how stable it is.
The hurricane lamp shade fits firmly in the crown setting while the frosted glass shade is not a tight fit, as would be expected in the design. That said, it sits straight and difuses the flame beautifully.
I could only locate one small "fleabite" chip on the top fluted edge of the shade. I have included a close up photo. I am happy to provide more photos and answer any questions. PLEASE ASK BEFORE BIDDING.
Lamp stands 22 inches tall total and base is approximately 7.5 inches in diameter.
Lamp will be shipped in a large protective box for safety.
