Jamesbury Series 4000 three-piece ball valves provide exceptional performance and versatility for your flow control applications. Available in standard port to 2-1/2 inch and in full port to 2 inch, these valves come with a wide variety of end connection options including NPT threaded, socket weld, butt weld, and ISO threaded. This valve comes in Fire-Tite and Non-Fire-Tite versions.
Series 4000 valves have a patented, live-loaded stem design and an ISO 5211 bonnet for actuator mounting. A wide variety of seat and seal options including PFA, PTFE, UHMW, Xtreme and PEEK are available for these valves which come in carbon steel and stainless steel. Options for Hastelloy C or Monel in addition to the standard 316 SS balls are available.
Ideal for actuation, Series 4000 valves provide the ultimate process automation package for small bore valves. Special service configurations include NACE certified, oxygen service, chlorine service, high vacuum service, grounded, and Emission Pak versions.
