Marked made in France, Gaudard on the dial Overall height of approx 19" Chimney has a bulbous design with a height of just under 10.5" Metal needs to be cleaned, it has been in storage for years.  Please see the photos.  I will gladly combine shipping Will ship either UPS or USPS Always Ask Questions All of our products are sold "sold as is" "where is". We do ship internationally and use Pricetronic's international shipping.  Any fees incurred by the destination country is the responsibility of the buyer.  We, the seller, incur no costs. We ship via USPS - UPS - Fedex and reserve the right to use whichever method we choose unless specifically requested by the buyer.
