Instruction Choose a suitable connection point for the oil pressure gauge cuz some engines has a blanking plug on the main engine oil gallery. Remove oil pressure switch in most cases. Select the suitable adapter to the engine. Connect the hose quick connector directly to the adapter or by the 90˚ angle connector. Start / crank the engine. Bleed air from the pressure hose by the bleed valve with thumb. Tips: A cloth available to soak up the small amount of oil that may spill from the bleed valve while bleeding the hose. Release the bleed valve and the live oil pressure reading should be seen on the gauge while the engine is being cranked or run .
