Early American 1850 Folk Art Oil

This sweet untouched ca. 1845-1860 oil on canvas measures 24" x 20" and depicts a rosy-cheeked little girl in blue satin dress with ribbons on the shoulders holding a basket of GIANT pink rose blooms.  She sits in a parlor on a turned leg stool with colorful ingrain carpet and American rococo revival baloon back chair and engages the viewer with big blue eyes.  The work is in very nice estate fresh condition with no evidence of cleaning or inpainting.  You will not overall craquelure and some scuffing to the edges from an earlier frame rabbet.
