A fine marine oil painting of a tall ship at sunrise signed “T. Bailey”. T. Bailey was the pseudonym of several artists associated with the Massachusetts communities around Cape Ann, who painted for the tourist trade during the early to mid-20th century. William Frederick Paskell (1866-1951) has been suggested as being one of the painters of "T. Bailey's works. Oil on canvas, signed T.
