Clave Waste oil burner kit( with pump). 80-500k btu variable speed, adjustable oil supply, metering pump. "Cold Start" model. “ Cold Start” option burners are completely “off” between cycles, thus conserving energy, yet, the option is most beneficial because the oil is not kept hot and “cooking” inside the heating block.
The burner built on the chassis of most common burner in the US for “Off the shelf “ parts availability and will fit in a standard 4” boiler door and has a standard flange.
Best boilers to retrofit for waste oils are the Triple pass boilers.

and numerous others that are easy to clean all the way from the door to chimney. The byproducts of waste oil burning will be accumulating inside in the form of ash that has to be cleaned periodically. The amount if ash accumulation will depend on the amount of heavy solids in the oil.
The oil temperature is adjustable to accommodate Synthetic and Waste vegetable oils, witch have a higher flash point and require higher oil temperatures for better atomization and cleaner burning.
Adjustable metering pump and filter unit ( look at other listing for pictures) supplies precise amount of oil to the burner, based on the speed of the motor set at initial installation. We use a quality Oriental brand( made in Japan) speed controls and motors with speed sensor that feeds accurate RPM count to controller for precise oil delivery.
Dual mode speed pumps are available for special request at additional cost. The speeds on those units can be adjusted for each mode. The switching between modes is manual. This option is only helpful for frequent fuel changes.
