Caroline Burnett Eiffel Tower Paris France Oil

I found this hanging in my great aunt's home. I know they visited Europe a lot. I did some research and I believe this is by Caroline Burnett from what I have seen. The oil painting itself measures about 8 x 10 and the whole picture framed is 13 x 15. It is a very pretty little painting. Please do your own research on this before purchasing. I had it hanging in my house for several years and I am now making some changes.
