There is small chipping to the foot. The threads on the collar have some bending to them and are stripped out. The collar will need replaced (We could not get a burner to thread onto the threads). This lamp has been repaired in the stem at some point prior to our acquiring. It was not a professional repair. 

Fount can still be used if collar is replaced. Stem is stable, even with the repair.
