For those of you who have this on back order, the wait is now over! Due to come in over two months ago, Blue Thunder would not let these oil filter adapters leave their facility before going through the proper manufacturing procedures that they’ve put in place. After two of their ultrasonic cleaners went down (due to a power surge), Blue Thunder halted production until these pieces could be ultrasonically cleaned of all microscopic / nano particles that are known to pass through the filtration system. M. T. Francis at Blue Thunder was kind enough to keep us updated and provided photos after they replace their ultrasonic, cleaners, giving us a small glimpse into what makes Blue Thunder one of the most coveted names in Ford performance. This oil filter adapter has been machined on all four fastening locations, and media blasted to remove major casting debris. The media used for shot peening is stainless steel shot to prevent oxidation and keep a long lasting high-quality finish that wipes clean from oil! Every adapter we sell has been pressure tested to ensure you will not have any leaks from your adapter. After pressure testing every adapter receives three ultrasonic baths to clean and remove any harmful debris embedded in the casting. Every adapter we sell comes with a premium silicon infused gasket that is designed to last a minimum of 20 years!
Because Blue Thunders high-quality processes we are able to offer a 10 year warranty with this piece, this is unlike any other warranty you will find in the industry!

Will this fit the pick up truck application?
Answer:
No, this is a replacement passenger car oil filter adapter. As you can see from our photos this puts the adapter at 90° as where the pick up truck application has a long neck leaving your filter at about 45°.

Do you stock this item, or is it going to be shipped to me from some third-party that I didn't purchase it from?
Answer:
Every item we sell or advertise is in stock, and will arrive on or before the date required; with one exception: saving time and money. Based on our customers location, we will ship direct from factory and refund the savings to the customer.
Question:
Do you offer rush shipments?
Answer:
We do not encourage rush orders, but if there is some kind of unseen issue that warrants an urgent shipment let us know we are here to help. We don't want our customers spending extra money on shipping when they could be spending their hard earned money on additional product for their project.
Question:
I bought a similar item from someone else on Pricetronic and they never arrived, what do I do?
Answer:
You need to contact the person you purchased them from first. If you cannot find resolve take the next step and file a clam through Pricetronic. Once your problem has been resolved feel free to place your order with us.

What happens if it starts leaking within the first 10 years, do you prorate it?
Answer:
If this adapter starts leaking without damage or neglect there will be a replacement issued immediately! No prorating! Simply provide proof of purchase with the returned casting, and you will get you a new adapter; our goal is to get you on the road without the games other retailers play! This adapter should outlast the life of your engine, especially with the premium gasket supplied in sale; Again this is why we offer the longest warrantee in the industry for the oil filter adapter!
