Up for sale is a beautiful vintage hand painted Asian screen depicting two cranes standing among tree branches at sunset. Signed top left this work is executed in watercolor and gouache on silk measuring a total of 36.5 x 18.25 inches. I greatly enjoy this work from its composition to fine details of the birds and branches to the interesting burning sun on the low horizon. The condition while good does show some foxing and black mark top right.
