Up for your consideration is a very well executed oil painting on canvas by famous Ennis, Texas artist LaJuan Schlegel (1932-2020). Ms. Schlegel, known for her incredible bluebonnet paintings.... had a studio in Ennis while also exhibiting her work in Fredericksburg along side the most famous of Texas Bluebonnet Artists. Notice the detail of this little painting....truly masterfully done. Certainly this would be a great addition to a collection of noteworthy Texas Bluebonnet Artists.
This painting is in excellent condition with no paint loss or noticeable wear. The rustic frame has only minor wear.
The framed painting is 11” x 9”....while painting alone is 7” x 5”.
