The oils are very high quality, and it includes all the important basics. My only complaint is that it’s tricky to get the drops to dispense consistently... some bottles you really have to shake, some the oil drips out too fast. But the oils themselves are great, very potent. They smell great and do very well in diffusers! We run one at night with Breathe or eucalyptus to help ward off sickness and colds. This is a great start pack if you are thinking about using aromatherapy or diffusers. I also bought a bracelet, but haven’t used it yet. I’m thinking they or the necklaces would be great gifts! Love the products. Oils do tend to come out well/quickly unlike some other brands, so startconservatively.... a little goes a long way! I will be buying more. Update- 4/26 -- I had to let people know the Breathe Right oil really works. I woke up early today with the worst stuffy nose from allergies. I was a total mouth breather. Out of desperation I dug out this oil in Hope's I would get a little relief. At first I held the open bottle under my nose and inhaled then I put a little on my finger tips and held them under my nose. It was amazing My nose started to clear right up. I can only imagine what it would do in a vaporizer.
