Antique Victorian Oil

I’ve owned this painting for over 25 years. From the turn of the century, around 1900. I have always considered it one of the finest lush pink roses oil paintings I have ever found. Perfect shabby chic original gold frame, which, well before I got it, someone had painted the frame a cream color. Now has chippy paint in a few spots with some of the original gold gesso peeking through. Two original eyelet holders on back for hanging - test these before hanging. Medium size, measures 23”x17.5”x3”. Much more beautiful in person. If you are in NC, you can pick up from my home outside of Charlotte.
