Antique Pittsburgh Hanging Oil

Nice Pittsburgh hanging oil lamp.  This lamp has been electrified, but not done to well.  I think it is because they wanted to leave the oil tank etc still in place.  So you could do either at this point.  I showed how they attached the bulb socket to the oil container.  Lamp is 13 1/2" diameter.  I have taken the lamp apart for safer and cheaper shipping.  Easy to put back together.  Just some brass hooks and two brass holding nuts to hold frame to lamp.  In the photo, I placed a crystal every 4th opening.  So there are enough crystals to do that and a few left over.  Very nice lamp.  I do understand that some of these have an electric motor in them.  I am not sure about this one.  The cast iron part that attaches to the ceiling is heavy, but still unsure.  Very nice lamp.  It is heavy and large.  I ship at cost, no extras.  I do not make money on shipping.  Thanks
