All items are sold as is. Most items I sell are old and used. Slow pay and poor communication do not receive positive feedback.   Any other complaints you have with the carrier, register them with the carrier. Once I have shipped the item, I have fulfilled my contract obligations. No returns. I rarely relist items. If I do relist- they are put into “my stores’. Therefore- if you want them – bid on them. They will not get any cheaper. In several instances- I purchase new cartons and bubble wrap. These costs are included in shipping and handling. International buyers are responsible for all customs and duties.
