Antique Oil On Canvas Painting Dutch Landscape Windmill In Original Frame. The frame measures 14 3/4" x 18 5/8" and about 2 1/2" deep total with wood stretcher. The canvas is 10" x 14". The front is not signed that I could find but back side wood has several markings that might identify it but hard to read clearly, see last 3 photos. The canvas has a tight tear and 2 thin spots, also some paint flaking top right. The frame is solid & sturdy with wear to the gold gilt finish in a few spots. See detailed photos. So it is far from perfect but would be an easy painting to restore or displays good as shown. I guarantee this has lots of age, I estimate 1880-1910 era.
