In very nice shape. Has a small surface chip on the front where the plate holder is but the chip radiates to the back in the same spot and is a little bigger. Comes with bracket to hold plate to the lamp and you can hang on the wall. See pictures. Please note I am not an expert on anything I sell. I do my best to describe the item as accurately as possible. This was one of my mother's many collectibles over the years. I have done my best to clean it up, but the finer cleaning is up to you. Look at the pictures and ask questions if needed.
