Antique Oil

Offered from a local NJ estate is an antique turquoise blue opalescent coin dot or windows FINGER LAMP may be Hobbs but no makers marks The lamp has lots of base scratches and there is a chip off  the applied handle on the bottom right, see close ups There are also 2 areas on the bottom of the glass where there appear to be damage inside the glass that do not come through to the outside, which is smooth, but looks like 2 fractures within the glass see the close up photos lamp is 3 3/4" across 2 7/8" tall not including handle
