Unusual combination of materials. The base is cast metal , the white and red is ceramic, then you have brass fixtures and embellishments, and finally patterned glass , and the glass flu.
All appears to be in good condition with the wick raising and lowering easily.
Put it all together and to have a very showy oil lantern.
