American Folk Painting Pair of Beagle Dogs Portrait. 19th Century?

I have for sale an old folk art painting It is a portrait of two beagle puppies sitting in a grass field, with mountains and overcast/cloudy sky in the background They are rendered in an impressionist style with rounded features and fine details I believe it was painted in 19th century.
