99-03 Ford 7.3l Powerstroke High Pressure Oil

This hose set is an American Made and Manufactured Matched Gates Hose set. Designed to replace OEM with a far superior product with the same amount of connection points which will eliminate all of the original snap-to-connect style fittings that are prone to wear and leak over time. Includes Three Gates High temp double braided hose good for 5000 psi and eight fittings. Unlike others selling there hose sets with more fittings on the original required hoses that do not have a smooth radius which affects flow.( Cheaper since the 90 degree crimp fitting are more than twice the cost of a straight fitting and adapters ). More connection points mean more spots to leak from and who wants that? These lines also fit all 1999 And Newer 7.3 E-series & Excursion. EXCEPT THE FOLLOWING IF YOU HAVE A CALIFORNIA EQUIPTED VEHICLE THIS WILL NOT FIT. There is a glow plug module that gets in the way not a relay setup. The last picture shows control module.

(Hose is only as good as the weakest link) Jic 37 degree to mor fittings are from a foreign supplier ( I cannot find U.S.A. Made. Free Priority 2-3 day shipping Details on Photos #1 Is the 3 hose set with the six jic to mor fittings two 45 degree adapters you will receive with orings installed. #2 Hoses installed on my Excursion. #3 & #4 Hose routing (mainly showing drivers side hose routed through the space between the supply and return line for fuel bowl). I had to remove and re-install fuel bowl to route and tighten fittings. #5 Crossover hose location with intake spider removed to show location. The hose will go between air intake and turbo. #6 Is the OEM lines that I removed from my excursion showing what you are replacing. NOTE: You will have to remove the spring/check valves, located behind the old high pressure pump (HPOP) fittings that you remove from pump. This won't cause any issues, most guys do that mod anyway for better flow and it is a common modification. Please look at my other auctions for your 7.3l Powerstroke O-ring needs .
