This bracket isn't corroded or damaged. It's from freshwater Wisconsin. This is the lower bracket that holds the boot and the oil tank.
You will get a used Mercury oil tank bracket that is in great working condition.  We may have more than one of these so you might not get the one in the picture.  The one we send will be in the same general condition.
This Mercury oil tank mounting bracket fits many Mercury Mariner outboards from 1987 to 1998 with:
